We had a truly wonderful and seamless experience during our little Cape Cod vacation. The beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed (and more) to make tasty family meals, and the entertainment was endless! There wasn’t a single thing neglected when it came to creating the perfect family fun getaway home! My family and I already plan to book again in the summer." This home in Cape Cod, MA is the perfect place to call home base while visiting Cape Cod. It has everything guests need to relax and unwind after a day on the beach or exploring the Cape. The home has four bedrooms (note that one is a basement bedroom) and can sleep ten guests. There are a total of eight beds and two full bathrooms. A seasonal (May 20-Oct 15) outdoor shower ensures that everyone will have a place to rinse off after returning home from the beach. Outside, guests can enjoy two decks with a charcoal grill, gas grill, and outdoor furniture. We are pet friendly but all pets must be reported in advance - see house rules and pet fees. While some relax on the deck, others can put their feet up in the living room. The living area and kitchen have an open floor plan and allow guests to spend quality time together. If guests don't feel like eating out, the kitchen is fully equipped so that guests may enjoy any meal at home, be it breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The deck outside is perfect for cook-outs before guests retire inside for family game night or a movie. During the summer enjoy the newly installed central heat and air conditioning. Guests will find the rental has everything they need to truly enjoy a vacation with comfort and a great location. The home has a full kitchen with appliances like a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a lobster pot, as well as cooking utensils and dishes. The living room has space for everyone and is a great place for a family game night, movies, or just to curl up for a short nap. The home also has Fubo Television with the NESN sports package and high-speed internet. Need more space for the kids, this house has you covered with its amazing basement entertainment area outfitted with New England sports murals. The basement includes game stations with designated television, movie television, ping pong, air hockey, foosball, and dozens of board games. No matter how guests decide they want to spend their time in the house, be it cookout, lawn games, game night, or something else, this home is just the place you are looking for. Everything is on one floor with a large living room and kitchen, and dining area. Note that parties are not allowed and guests under 23 require advance approval. Our guests love the layout of the home and all of the amenities available to them. They also say that they love being in a quiet neighborhood where they can walk or run. Finally, they love the location in central Cape and the proximity to the attractions. Harwich MA is located near the halfway mark of Cape Cod. You are close to up to 20 Beaches. This is the perfect location to reach many attractions on the Cape. The home is close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, Harwich, Dennis, and Brewster beaches, kayaking at Bass River, Monomoy fishing charters, and much much more..... The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Harwich less than 10 minutes to the best beaches on Cape Cod. The town of Harwich and Dennis Beaches - Mayflower Beach, Chapin Beach, Corporation Beach, West Dennis, Red River, Crowe's Pasture, Sea St., and many more. The home is a 3-8 min ride to many beaches. Other Details to Note
This is the perfect vacation rental for your stay. We have considered all of our guests needs and tried to provide as many amenities as possible. This is the family home that we continuously update and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we do. The location is perfect and allows you to visit so many parts of the cape with minimal travel. We hope that you will consider staying at our Cape Cod home. The house will be professionally cleaned by a cleaning service before and after your stay, but the house should be left how you found it, minus heavy cleaning. Please complete as much dirty laundry as you can before you depart. Linens (sheets and pillow cases) are included however we ask guests to wash bath/beach towels and return to the linen closet. To keep cleaning fees reasonable and not pass along an additional linen company service fee, towels are available but tenants must wash towels and return to linen closet. The cleaning service charges an additional $2 per towel not washed and this would be charged back. This rarely occurs and guests find it easy to wash upon departure. Finally, sheets should be stripped and put into the washer prior to departure. The cleaner will finish them when she arrives. Trash pickup is included in the cleaning fee. Please place the bins in the trash receptacle area in the driveway for pickup.

Quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Enjoy an evening stroll every evening. Most importantly you will not encounter route 28 or 6 traffic at this home. You can quickly get to your favorite beach or attraction with no hasstle. The Home: Cape home is a comfortable cozy home suitable for any group. The living space is all on one floor. Washer, dryer and game room in the basement. The home is located on a private, quiet street with plenty of opportunity for walks and bike rides. 2.7 miles to grocery, movies, rte 149, 2.5 miles to Rte 28.
Guest Access
The entire rental home includes a game room and lots of activities for relaxing after a beach day and rainy days. A short distance Park, Bike trails, beaches, ponds, shopping and the Cape Cod Baseball league. Beach accessories provided: chairs, mats, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, etc. The outdoor shower is open May 20-Oct 15. We cannot guarantee use beyond those dates due to potential freezing temperatures.
