This second-floor condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is situated in the highly desirable Pelican area of Cape Coral, FL. It’s the perfect home base for your Southwest Florida getaway. You’ll be just moments away from restaurants, shops, medical facilities, and a Publix supermarket, with Cape Harbor only a mile away. Plus, you’ll enjoy easy access to baseball venues and JetBlue Park. The space is fully equipped for you to relax and unwind after a fun day at the beach or exploring the local area. With three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to seven guests, featuring four comfortable beds: three king beds and one queen sofa bed. The outdoor patio lanai is an ideal spot for everyone to relax, and guests can also enjoy the on-site pool provided by the condominium association. Whether guests want to relax on the lanai or lounge by the pool, those seeking a more laid-back atmosphere can enjoy the cozy living room. The second-floor living area and kitchen have an open floor plan, allowing for quality time together. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. This vacation rental is fully equipped to provide guests with a comfortable and convenient stay in a prime location. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as cooking utensils and dishware. The living room is spacious and perfect for family activities like game nights, movie marathons, or even a quick nap. High-speed internet and streaming TV are also available for guests' entertainment, along with a plethora of board games. Regardless of how guests choose to spend their time at this Cape Condo, this home is the ideal destination for a perfect vacation. Note that parties are now allowed and guests under 23 require advance approval. This unit sleeps 7 people. Any individuals higher than 7 need permission from the host prior and it is a $100 fee for any additional unauthorized guests/visitors. PETS - Pets are not allowed: Per the Condo Association pets are not allowed and animals of any type require condo assoc approval. Finally, our insurance does not cover animals, guests with such waiver requests would have to purchase liability insurance with 1M coverage covering the address for their stay and provide evidence prior to check-in. This home is great for perfect for a family or a friend’s getaway. Note that guests can access the garage however, due to bikes, and beach supplies parking is not available inside the garage. Surveillance Device Disclosure: We have a Ring doorbell that records motion at the front door and garage door entrance. There are no camera devices inside the home. There are additional cameras controlled by the condo association at the outdoor community pool and the dumpster area. Other unit owners may have cameras at their doors. We are 140 steps to the saltwater pool. The pool is a shared community pool for the residents of the condo assoc. Accepting reservations for contractors, construction workers, and adjusters. Great beaches to visit in the area: Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island, Ft. Myers; Bowman's Beach, Blind Pass Beach, Little Hickory Beach, Barefoot Beach, Lovers Key State Park, Bonita Beach, Cayo Costa Beach, Boca Grande, Siesta Key, Bunche Beach, Naples Beaches, Cape Coral Yacht Club River Beach and More..... "This is by far and wide the best place I’ve stayed with on Airbnb. They really thought of everything. Coolers? Check. Bikes? Check. Anything you could want for your morning coffee? Check. Which remote goes to which device? Labeled. Beds super comfy? Absolutely. Communication was fantastic. Space was perfect for our family of 4 and honestly, would work for a larger family as well. So much to do in close proximity. We would come here again in a heartbeat!"
